Atlas Intelligence Database | Annual Report 2025
The Atlas Intelligence Database is PLIANT's foundational research infrastructure for global logistics security analysis. This annual report documents the program's development across its first three years: current scope and scale, the three primary data domains, regional coverage and performance across all major trade corridors, our access governance and credentialing framework, partner relationships across six allied jurisdictions, and our institutional priorities for 2026.

Atlas currently contains profiles on 214 commercial logistics entities, 84 major node assessments across all primary trade corridors, and a seven-year incident record covering disruption events at the corridor level. It supports five active PLIANT research workstreams and provides analytical infrastructure to credentialed government and industry partners across the allied intelligence community.

This report represents PLIANT's first public accounting of the Atlas program. It is the most comprehensive documentation of Atlas's scope, methodology, and governance available in the open literature.
